Anyfi Networks ("Licensor") grants a license (below) to this software, in
binary, executable code form only, and without modification ("Software") to the
person or entity accessing, distributing or using this software ("Licensee"),
only upon the condition that Licensee accepts all of the terms contained in
this Software License ("License"). By distributing, accessing, installing or
using the Software, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions of this License.
Failure to comply with these terms constitutes infringement of Anyfi Networks'
intellectual property rights. The software is licensed, not sold. The structure,
sequence, organization and code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets
and copyrighted confidential information of Licensor and its licensors.

Licensee is granted a non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-transferable,
and non-exclusive license to use and distribute the Software, subject to the
following conditions:

 * Licensee shall not extract the Software from the device on which it is
   installed or the firmware image in which it is embedded.

 * Licensee shall not modify, extend, enhance, or create derivative works or
   improvements of, the Software.

 * Licensee shall not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble or
   otherwise attempt to derive the source code or other information from the
   Software, except only to the extent that: (a) such activity is expressly
   permitted by directly applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; and
   (b) it is essential to engage in such activity in order to obtain information
   needed to achieve interoperability of independently created software with
   the Software and (c) Licensee has requested such information from Licensor
   and Licensor has not made such information available to Licensee under
   reasonable terms and conditions.

 * The Software shall be used only with the matchmaking services operated by
   Anyfi Networks, accessible on the Internet at anyfi.net or anyfi.se
   ("Services"). As a condition of the rights granted in this License, you shall
   not modify or interfere with the interoperation of the Software and the
   Services, and you shall not act or refrain from acting in a manner such that
   the Software is enabled to work with services other than those provided by
   Anyfi Networks, or such that the Software cannot process instructions from
   the Services, cannot impose network access conditions, or cannot provide
   access to a remote Wi-Fi network.

 * All copies of the Software distributed must be accompanied with this Software
   License displayed in a conspicuous and legible manner (provided Licensee is
   not required to display this Software License to end-users of devices on
   which the Software is installed, unless Licensee or other third party
   licenses or legal notices are so displayed; in which case this Software
   License shall also be displayed in the same manner).

 * Licensor may freely use and exploit without obligation to Licensee any
   feedback, comments, ideas, requirements, benchmarks, suggestions, or
   improvements that Licensee may provide to Licensor.

 * Without prejudice to any other Licensor rights or remedies, this Agreement
   shall automatically terminate if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and
   conditions of this Agreement. In such event, Licensee immediately must cease
   accessing, distributing and using the Software.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS
PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE AND RELATED SERVICES TO LICENSEE AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS,
AND LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND
CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT,
MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST
REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF
LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE AND RELATED
SERVICES, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
